The Nickel Hotel
The Nickel Hotel is a new hotel in Charleston that opened in June 2025. Located in the Cannonborough neighborhood, it occupies a new building with arched windows. Envisioned by Morris Adjmi Architects, the 50 guest rooms & suites showcase a crossover between vintage and contemporary design. They are also perfect for extended stays, each fitted with a full kitchen, a washer & dryer, and a dining space.
The centerpiece of The Nickel Hotel is its beautiful inner courtyard, where you can hang out or relax. There are also two culinary concepts on-site. Tucked away on the second floor, Bar Daniel offers an intimate setting for small plates and craft cocktails. Rosemary Rose is also going to debut later this year. The rooftop bar and lounge will offer Mediterranean dishes and various drinks with sweeping city views.

The Pinch Charleston is one of the best luxury boutique hotels in Downtown Charleston. Situated on King Street, it comprises 4 buildings, including a new three-story structure and three historic buildings. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, the interior presents a modern take on Victorian design.
