The Levee is a luxury design boutique hotel in Tel Aviv’s Neve Tzedek neighborhood. With the help of local studio Bar Orian Architects, the small hotel transformed a historic two-story house from 1913 into a luxury modern accommodation. The original structure and facade have been preserved and refurbished, while a new contemporary steel extension is added on top.
The Levee offers 8 spacious apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom. They are all one-of-a-kind, each designed with a different personality. For instance, Apartment 03 showcases a minimalistic industrial design with brutalist and Art Deco influences. They also come with meticulous furnishing, a full kitchen, a private terrace, a TV with Netflix, a laundry, and more.
Besides, The Levee boasts a spacious rooftop with a plunge pool and jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, sun beds, fitness equipment, and an open kitchen. It also offers local gym access if you want to break a sweat. There are no restaurants on-site, but you can easily cook inside your room. There are also a plethora of quality dining options nearby if you prefer dining out.
