The Flat Iron Hotel is a new boutique hotel in Asheville, North Carolina, that opened in May 2024. Set in downtown, the historic hotel revived a Flatiron building from the 1920s. The iconic facade has been restored, while the interior showcases a modern interpretation of Art Deco’s grandeur.
The Flat Iron Hotel offers 71 guest rooms and suites. They feature historic details like original doors and transom windows, accented by Art Deco-inspired furnishing and deep teal carpets. You will also have curated amenities such as Italian Bellino linens and organic Hemp Code bath products.
In addition, The Flat Iron Hotel features two dining & drinking venues on site. On the ground floor, Luminosa is an Italian-inspired trattoria with wood-fired pizzas and housemade pasta. On the other hand, the rooftop bar offers a global wine list and cocktails with sweeping city views.
