The Douglas is one of the best new boutique hotels in Savannah, GA. Situated in the Historic District, the small hotel is tucked inside a former 1850s private residence. Behind the white facade, the interior is refurbished with a moody vintage glamour. Revolving around sage green and dusty tones, the 16 guest rooms are fitted with Murano chandeliers, Turkish rugs, Aesop toiletries, and Dyson hair dryers.
Every morning, you will receive a fresh a la carte breakfast by acclaimed chef Jacques Larson. You can also enjoy an evening cocktail at the Drawing Room or relax at the intimate parlor with complimentary bites. The hotel can even arrange in-room treatments or massages to help you revitalize. There are no formal dining options on-site, but a full-service restaurant, Lester’s, is scheduled to open in early 2026.
