The Brecon is an all-inclusive luxury boutique hotel in Adelboden, a small town in the Swiss Alps. Opened in 2024, it worked with Amsterdam studio Nicemakers to reimagine a hundred-year-old chalet. Unlike classic lodges, the interior opted for a more contemporary design. The public spaces are crafted with an intricate mix of mid-century furniture, textured materials, and colorful artwork & objects.
The Brecon presents 22 homey guest rooms and suites, all featuring beautiful views. They come in a neutral, deep red, and forest green palette, accented by vintage and contemporary furniture, artwork from Bisou Gallery, and elegant natural materials. They are also equipped with best-in-class amenities, including deluxe bedding, Aesop bath products, and a private balcony.
A major highlight of The Brecon is its heated outdoor pool, looking straight towards the Adelboden Massif. The in-house spa also offers a sauna, a steam room, and different revitalizing treatments. As an all-inclusive hotel, all food & drinks are complimentary throughout your stay. The open kitchen serves an à la carte breakfast, a seasonal dinner menu, afternoon tea, and more.
