The interior now features a minimalistic modern design with touches of industrial influences sprinkled across.
The same aesthetic extends into the 24 cozy guest rooms. They all come in a white and light wooden palette, accented by sleek modern furnishing. You will also find black metal window frames and white brick walls that reflect the building’s industrial heritage. You will of course have all your essentials such as comfy bedding, Grown Alchemist toiletries, Netflix, and more.
For meals and drinks, Annex Cafe at The Annex Hotel presents a rotational selection of beverages and bites from some of Toronto’s best producers. For instance, it is currently serving coffee from The Angry Roaster and sandwiches from Black Camel. On the other hand, the Parisian-inspired Annex Wine Bar offers a curated selection of wine and cocktails.
