Populus Hotel is one of the best new boutique hotels in Downtown Denver, Colorado. Opened in mid-2024, the design hotel occupies a distinct textured building with curvy eye-shaped windows, inspired by the Aspen tree. Behind the ivory facade, Wildman Chalmers crafted the interior with local materials, reclaimed Wyoming snow fences, and recycled leather veneer.
Populus Hotel offers 265 pet-friendly rooms. Their design revolves around calming earthy, neutral, and pale green hues, accented by contemporary furniture, exposed concrete ceilings, and artisanal objects. You will also have amenities such as a hammock window, Grown Alchemist toiletries, a TV, and more.
Besides, Populus Hotel features a 24-hour fitness center with machines and free weights. There are also three curated dining and drinking concepts inside the hotel. Continuing with the nature theme, Pasque is a moody and refined restaurant with a nature-inspired menu. On the other hand, Stellar Jay is a vibrant rooftop space that specializes in grilled share-style dishes.
