NOŪS Santorini is a stylish design boutique hotel located near the Mesaria village in Santorini. Unlike classic Santorini villas, the hotel’s structures highlight clean geometric lines. Echoing the white facade, the 119 guest rooms and suites feature a modern design with minimalistic furnishing and wooden touches. There are also a few luxurious bungalows that boast a private outdoor pool and garden.
The centerpiece of NOŪS Santorini is none other than its large L-shaped infinity pool. The spa is another major highlight, which features a relaxing indoor pool, five treatment rooms, a sauna, a steam bath, a fitness room, an outdoor yoga space, and more. There are currently three dining and drinking spots on-site. Our favorite includes Elio’s, an Italian American chophouse with an old-school charm.
