Montesol Experimental Ibiza is one of the most unique luxury boutique hotels in Ibiza, Spain. Situated near the harbor of Old Town, it revived a neo-colonial landmark building from 1933. Partnering with Dorothée Meilichzon, the property is reimagined with a colourful and quirky aesthetic.
You will find the same design across the 33 guest rooms and suites. They are playful but not too over-the-top. They all feature quirky wooden furnishing, patterned textiles, and pastel accents, offset by creamy walls and parquet floors. The shower is also crafted beautifully with ceramic tiles.
In addition, Montesol Experimental Ibiza features a charming restaurant and a bar on site. Helmed by chef Alex Larrea, Café Montesol offers tapas and share-style dishes made from local produce. On the other hand, the scenic rooftop bar serves cocktails and Japanese bites with views of Dalt Vila.
