Maison Souquet is one of the most romantic boutique hotels in Paris, France. Located in the 9th Arr near Montmartre, the luxury 5-star hotel is hidden inside an old building that was once a pleasure house in 1905. Taking cues from its distinct past life, designer Jacques Garcia reimagined the interior with rich jewel tones, opulent classicist furniture, and dazzling velvet.
Maison Souquet presents 20 fascinating guest rooms and suites, each named after a Belle Époque courtesan. They come in four major styles, including Chinese, Indian, Japanese, and Napoleon III. They are all wrapped delicately in beautiful, exotic wallpapers, accented by vintage furniture, padded silk headboards, golden moldings, large mirrors, and curated artwork.
Another highlight of Maison Souquet is its intimate spa, which features a heated ten-meter pool, a mosaic hammam, and a treatment room. As for gastronomy, the flamboyant salons are open throughout the day for guests, serving everything from refined breakfasts to late-night cocktails.
