Hotel Hana

Paris, France

Hotel Hana is one of the best new boutique hotels in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris. Just a short walk from the Louvre, the small luxury hotel brings a unique aesthetic to a beautiful sandstone building. The interior is a conversation between Japanese minimalism and Belle Époque maximalism. The lobby showcases an intricate mix of Art Nouveau materials, dark wood, and soft hues.

Hotel Hana offers 26 guest rooms and suites in a more oriental style. Inspired by the “feng shui” ambiance, they are designed in a neutral palette with lacquered wooden furniture, textured straw walls, abstract Pierre Frey carpets, and velvet headboards. Even the bathroom is crafted meticulously with terracotta marble tiles, chrome fixtures, and Diptyque bath products.

Despite being a small hotel, Hotel Hana boasts a holistic wellness space with a tranquil pool, a fitness room, and a Japanese-inspired spa. The Japanese influence is extended into the hotel’s culinary experience. Reimagined by Shirley Garrier, Hanabi presents a Japanese twist on classic French dishes. There is also an in-house bar that serves a selection of Japanese and French bottles.
