Grands Boulevards Experimental is one of the best boutique hotels in the 2nd Arr in Paris. Located near the Opera and Louvre, it is a cool urban escape designed by Dorothée Meilichzon. Inspired by Marie Antoinette, the interior exudes an intimate bucolic charm. Revolving around blue, green, and pink tones, the 50 rooms are fitted with rustic wood furniture, handmade linens, and lime-plastered walls.
At the heart of Grands Boulevards Experimental is its all-day restaurant & bar in the courtyard. Helmed by chef Giovanni Passerini, it offers a classic French-Italian menu made from hand-selected local produce. Another highlight of the hotel is The Shed, a lush rooftop bar with a range of wines and cocktails. During autumn and winter, The Shell, an intimate cocktail bar, will also be open to guests at night.
