Forestis Dolomites is a luxury boutique hotel in the Dolomites, Italy. Perched on a forested slope in Brixen’s Plose Mountain, the scenic 5-star hotel looks directly towards the majestic Dolomites. Opened in 2020, it comprises three modern buildings and a restored historic house. Echoing their wooden facades, the interior embraces a minimal design with different natural materials.
Forestis Dolomites presents 62 exquisite guest suites. They come in soft, earthy tones, each crafted meticulously using spruce wood and dolomite stone. The penthouse suite is a major standout, featuring a sundeck, a wooden sauna, and a private rooftop pool with uninterrupted views.
A notable highlight of Forestis Dolomites is its gorgeous stone pool that extends from the inside to the outside. In addition, it features a fitness room, a yoga studio, wooden saunas, treatment rooms, and a large outdoor terrace with a fire pit. As for culinary, the in-house kitchen helmed by chef Roland Lamprecht specializes in forest cuisine inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean.
