Aguamadera Ibiza is an idyllic agrotourism boutique hotel in Ibiza, Spain. Tucked away in the northeastern mountains, it converted a 19th-century farmhouse with a white-washed facade. Surrounded by acres of forests and groves, it is the perfect place for a countryside hideaway.
Aguamadera Ibiza offers just 11 guest rooms and suites across the finca and corrales. They are rustic and pared-back, all designed in a simplistic white and earthy palette. You will also find ample traditional elements like clay plaster walls, linen textiles, and wooden furniture.
The centerpiece of Aguamadera Ibiza is none other than its outdoor pool deck, featuring terracotta tiles, umbrellas, and cushy daybeds. There is also an in-house restaurant led by chef Gonzalo Cerrato Laguna. The open kitchen specializes in simple wood fire cooking using regional and seasonal produce, with many vegetables, fruits, and flowers collected straight from its farm.
